Great video! I think I actually prefer the shiny face. To me it gives a uniqueness that separates them from the standard big box store vinyl dolls that have a similar big head/eye look.

I love the face of the rainbow haired doll, especially with the gray eyes.

I know this video is old but I would love to get the chubby Blythe doll but can’t find it on AliExpress do you happen to know what shop you got it from or maybe a link. I found clothes for the chubby doll but not the actual doll

It's so funny that I found this video now, just watching some Blythe videos, as I actually planned to make custom dolls for Sophie and Agatha from The School For Good and Evil as well! Not Blythe dolls, but a lot of the outfit pieces I'm using are coming from AliExpress, and looking through that site made me want to buy a few more Blythe fakes, lol

Aliexpress save me because i want one for years but i cannot pay one original and also i only want one with dark or tan skin and usually i see only pretty white ones in second hand or news with box so... I just buy this week one that say its a aw12 (don't know what that means) and... She look good quality in the photos and with one grey platinum hair very cool so i don't regret to buy her, just regret the time waiting because im hype and i may lost control with the blyth clothes, rip money

I am a fairly new adult doll collector who’s mainly interested in Barbie, integrity dolls and the like but.I do enjoy the pictures of Blythe dolls and decided to purchase one (to me initially, Blythe dolls heads were too big). Thank you so much for your video. It was very detailed and gave me a great insight on these dolls. Honestly I know how some people hate fakes but let's be real not everyone can afford a real blythe. And I think for someone who is just diving in to the blythe world these are great to start with. I love dolls and I have always been interested on blythe but the price attached to them has kept me at bay. We are talking hundreds of dollars. That for me is bill money and others living paycheck to paycheck. So having a cheaper alternative is always nice for those of us that want to treat themselves to a nice doll that isn't going to break the bank. Not to mention that everyone who is into dolls always needs some cute outfits for them and that can add up as well. So in my opinion I'm very thrilled for these dolls. I just ordered my first fakie from aliexpress, but the fake and authentic look so similar to me, except the texture xD
