Technically these should be "Velifera" not Mollies.

I was thinking about setting up an aquarium for some of these, but now I doubt that I can give them nearly as nice a home as this.

I have black mollies and their fins on the back are similar in the video they are broad when opened or raised.

Almost 50 yrs ago, my Dad & a friend of his with the kids, went to a pond in the middle of nowhere in S. Louisiana & we caught some of these + a few salamanders for our aquariums. We used a good sized throw net. They looked just like these 👍
