ОтветитьHello
Thank you for the informative and useful video
Just one thing;
I would have watched more if you weren't talking so serious and looked happier. Nonetheless still appreciate your work 🥰
Excellent overview and exercises.
ОтветитьI have done spinal stenosis operation 9 months ago. My surgeon told it was a good operation but after 9 months still I have limitation in walking . I do exercise at home as my GP gave me instructions but unfortunately my walking is not like I used to do, I am walking just for short distance and then need to sit and start walking again. Can you please advice me ? Thank you very kindly for your helpful post.

ОтветитьCrushing it as usual guys!💪
ОтветитьThis channel is awesome! As a new grad PT who struggles where to focus on becoming a better clinician, these small breakdowns are fantastic and provide so many great resources to check into further.
ОтветитьNext video about sacralization of L5. Thanks
ОтветитьExercises never work. It bullsh*t that the docs and rehab ppl tell you to do so they don't have to prescribe certain drugs. There is a point where you begin to make a choice of not living with the constant awful pain anymore if you can't get meds. Yeah, yeah..I get it. They can be addictive or life threatening. Back pain with no end in sight isn't "life threatening"..it's almost almost guaranteed life ender. Suicide is a reality. I'd much rather get the meds and not be in pain through whatever consequences happen from using them instead of living in pain and ending it anyway. By the way.. they won't give me pain meds, I just keep being told to exercise. Hasn't worked in 20 years so I am pretty sure it never will.
ОтветитьGreat Vid
I know its not very common but could you do a video at some stage on peroneal tendinopathy?
as a medical student, I find your videos helpful with learning anatomy & it’s relationship to therapeutic stretches effective for ameliorating many areas of soreness I have!
The lumber spine stretches help a lot, especially since I am constantly sitting in a very uncomfortable position where my lumbar spine accrues lots of pressure & pain throughout the day.
You’re doing phenomenal work by making these videos, which are clearly helping so many like myself! Thank you for doing this work 👍💯
Doc,hello from japan,i love your videos about hip replacement, myself have to go under replacement 2years ago,my question is why my thigh still hurts? Its a little above from the knee ,and sometimes in my hip ,right in front, of course i ask my doc,he tell me to walk and make simple stretch
ОтветитьWhat's E3's say on functional LBP on healthy athletes?
ОтветитьJust found your channel and already have subbed! I love, love, love how you explain the anatomical and scientific aspects of treatment. I am the kind of person that needs all the background explanation in my self care, this channel is perfect!
ОтветитьGreat presentation, thanks
ОтветитьVery informative , but why not have someone over 60 doing the exercises , the model is fairly young , so much easier to do it all !
ОтветитьHey coach still waiting for the quad tendonitis vid.
ОтветитьGreat video. Useful exercises for clinic. Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьI'm a young outpatient PT who started practicing in 2020. I love the bite sized reviews you post on this channel. Thank you.
ОтветитьExperiencing this now including some ‘natural’ fusion in L4-L5…. Honest admission, I’m not the best at consistently doing my exercises, but will use this as a strong guide. Thx for posting. Peace.
