That red outfit is gorgeous, I love putting a skirt over a dress on in the wintertime to keep warmer. If you want to expand your wardrobe with more poofy tulle skirts theres a shop on etsy that makes them, I think its called MtCoffinz. Shes got a few shops actually, you might like some of her festival wear type of stuff. She makes arm warmers, tutus, big chunky lazer acrylic earrings in that bright neons you like.

I never watch dress up videos or hauls but I genuinely love her videos, her personality is so warm, her taste is so cool, and I feel like she puts a real effort into her videos and provides so much information ❤

Turtleneck tops with and without sleeves to wear underneath your dress/ tops. Plain maxiskirt under a fancy, but thin skirt. Short dress with a maxiskirt under ( the skirt-part of the dress should match the volume of the skirt). Overdresses with a maxidress and turtleneck under. Thick stockings are a must and you can layer your fishnets over some skintone ones. Wear velvet, it’s warm 😊

I don't know why I always click on these videos expecting them to have actual cold weather attire. I would be freezing in most of these 😅. Sweaters and warm bottoms are a must for me.
