Hell yes! He has suppurb sound, style and flavor. Thanks i thought for a minute knowone was going to fill in the shoes of great rock musician's and we would just have some whining music and rap to choose from, God forbid! Maybe there are other young people that will carry the torch of rock and roll to the future generations. If this world needs anything now it needs that rebel spirit that is the driving force that is behind rock/metal. Many of us never waiverd through the years to support good music. It crossed all racial barriers and has brought together many friends from different walks of life. I think that is why it has to continue on, because it penetrates right through the division the mainstream always pushes on everyone. They love to keeps us hating Each other and divided just look at the crap on the news. Rock/metal brings the hearts of people together at a deep level it cuts right through the hypnosis they push, in my opinion. Long live rock and roll!

Richie is a great metal soloist, not your average sweep maniac, but old school. His playing here reminds me a lot of Michael Schenker's style of playing, the tone, melodic runs and great anticipation.

Being a guitarist for 40+ years, there is no contest here. Zakk Wylde is 10 times better at the guitar and it's actually embarrassing to see Richie playing this. Honestly, comparing it to Zakk... there is no comparison. I love Judas Priest, I love BLS and Zakk. But this should've never been recorded, much less released.

What's awesome is Ritchie is mostly a 3 finger player. Just shows you don't need a bunch of crazy technical skills to be a great guitar player.

Ritchie come out with some incredible melodic lines that compliments his volcanic phrasings!! To me Ritchie says much more than turbo speed Zakk !! Ritchie makes his solos evolve in perfect harmonic cadence and tells a story ..simply amazing!!

he does a great performance to the rythhem track, I seen Zakk shred it so I decided too  although im no Zakk,  I still found my point where I begin to struggle trying not to repeat lead phrases in a similar way so it kinda forced me out of my normal comfort zones and dammit man I didnt know I had some of those licks I was forced to try, some didnt work so good too but many did. great practice shredding the entire length just try not becoming repeatitious it helped expand my soloing comfort zone,,lol if I ever really had a soloing comfort zone.
