ОтветитьDay 6 of 2021 Weight Loss Challenge - although I'm doing it in 2023 - and I definitely feel this in my glutes! The videos for today included lots of moves where you hold your weight on your wrists and I really started to feel that during this. I think some yoga wrist stretches are in order, and I need to check the correct form for future workouts. I also tend to let my back arch too much when I do all the table top moves like leg kick backs so that's something I have to work on as well. But I'll get there!!!
ОтветитьThank you Chloe Ting. I have been diagnosed with severe degenerative disc disease and all I can do is strengthen the core and lumber. Your glute workouts really help me manage my disc disease!!!
