People say this movie rips off ROBOCOP, however given that ROBOCOP came out in July and ROTOR was released in October of the very same year that means the film would've had to have been written, produced, directed, and released all within less than three months...and come to think of it, that might actually be what really happened.

He produced and Directed the cult R.O.T.O.R. In the robocop series of movies and some Pink Panther cartoons.

This is such an awful movie. The horrible stop motion animation,near the beginning,in the boardroom was laughable. EDIT: I wish M.ST.3.K. got ahold of this. EDIT: I wonder if the guy who acted as R.O.T.O.R. still uses this movie to pick up women.😋
