I would add the musical episode from “Daria.”
ОтветитьI could watch every episode of scrubs and community in one setting
Ответить2020 has been a pretty "out of genre" episode
ОтветитьCommunity should be #1
ОтветитьTbh I hate musical episodes 😅
ОтветитьBro queen of Jordan is so good 🤣
Ответитьlitteralu jst came to see where once more with feeling was on the list. Just assumed they would use that over Hush. nice surprise. both deserve to be here
ОтветитьCan you say The Simpsons is number one they did everything
ОтветитьI think the fact that you can't even pick an episode for Community means it should be #1
ОтветитьCommunity should’ve been higher, no it should’ve been first
ОтветитьWhat about "Wormhole Xtreme" from Stargate SG-1?
ОтветитьThere were a couple of out-of-genre episodes of 70's UK comedy "The Goodies".
"The Goodies Almost Live" was an episode where the guys perform songs, and there is no laugh track. There is no story, only the Goodies performing a concert of songs from their music album.
"Earthanasia" was a comedy episode, but had a dark edge, when the Goodies found out, on Christmas Eve, that the world will end at midnight. They deal with life, death, and how they will spend their last thirty minutes on earth.
The ending was a total surprise, and the ep ended differently to every other ep
SPOILER
The ep ends with the world blowing up, and no credits (indicating that the Goodies and everyone else on earth have died (funnily enough, this was NOT the last episode)).
Entourage - welcome to the jungle
Ответить"Oh Dean....
We have some more research to do.."
HHHnnngggg....
🍺🍻
ОтветитьWhat about Eureka Episode "Do You See What I See" so
many different animation styles in one episode
I like the Simpsons episode where Homer is transported into the 3D world.
ОтветитьNightman Cometh doesn't even rate? Fuuuuuck yoooooou.
ОтветитьThe best one is The Prisoner's episode Living In Harmony. It's a weird take on the British spy genre to say the least, with a retired spy imprisoned in a seemingly idyllic village....but a episode in the Western genre? Many fans hate the later, weirder episodes of this brilliant series, but I love the places they went to, and this is the best one.
ОтветитьI like BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER and I love SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS, THE SIMPSONS, and the honorable mention of FAMILY GUY!
ОтветитьHouse M.D flashback episode
ОтветитьMy sister has been pushing for me to watch Community now I might actually take a look
ОтветитьAh yes I remember Krusty Krab training video. What a tease! I was ready to learn how to make a Krabby Patty and then it cliffhangered me. Dammit! At least it gave me my favourite part "Sounds like alot of- HOOPLA!"
ОтветитьKevin Hart played stevil.
ОтветитьI loved the SpongeBob training video
ОтветитьI was expecting Interdimensional Cable
ОтветитьOh my god. Are they using the Starship Troopers uniforms for that Power Rangers episode?
ОтветитьWhy did the power ranger steal the uniforms from star ship troopers 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI’m gonna be disappointed if the Boy Meets World horror episode with the freaky janitor isn’t on here. Terrified me as a kid
ОтветитьThe X files "X-Cops" should definitely be on this list.
ОтветитьHow dare you put hush instead of once more with feeling
ОтветитьHow dare you put hush instead of once more with feeling
Ответить“How Your Mother Met Me” (S9E16)
from “How I Met Your Mother”
“The City on the Edge of Forever” (S1E28)
from “Star Trek” TOS
“Threat Level Midnight” (S7E17)
from “The Office”
“The Fifties Show” (S8E6)
from “Roseanne”
How about the Scooby Doo Supernatural episode
ОтветитьQueen of Jordan is iconic
ОтветитьThey should make a out of genre episode of a serious drama that's an actually funny comedy.
ОтветитьThat Scrubs episode was my favorite. I think Donald Faison had the best voice out of the cast.
Ответить+WatchMojo When I watched this list, another episode of one of my favorite shows came to my mind. I do not know the name of the episode, but the show is called "Mr. Robot". The story of this particular episode is set in a car. Elliot Alderson, the protagonist of the show is at the hospital and laying in a koma. He is dreaming of him, his sister Darlene, his mother and his dad, who died of cancer, when Elliot was just a little boy, sitting in a car and going on a holiday. While they are driving, Elliot always hears a voice coming out of the back of the car, while every one else is acting normal. The hole episode is about Elliot trying to make his father stop the car, so he can look what is inside the trunk, while his father is trying to convince him to believe, everything was alright.
ОтветитьWhat about the Blue Harvest trilogy from Family Guy? That needs to be on this list.
ОтветитьCommunity is the only show that doesn’t really belong on this List as it has no out of Genre Episodes it’s Genre is as a Satire of all other shows so it can’t do an out of genre episodes as all Genres exist within their Genre
Ответитьno top 10 🐶buffy was funny
ОтветитьYea, but what about The Flash episode where literally everything is a musical
Ответитьwhat about the Once Upon Time musical episode?
ОтветитьOmg, I remember The Krusty Krab Training Video!!! I was 6 years old when it released, it's one of my favourite episodes.
ОтветитьHow tf is Nightman just an honorable mention
ОтветитьYou guys could do another one of these.
For me, I thought Doctor Who's 'Sleep No More' (S09E09) - while flawed in places - was an excellent example of out-of-genre. While still focussed on sci-fi, the episode does a good job of using the 'found-footage' style, and breaking the fourth wall.
Supernatural Season 13 :Scoobynaturual. Sam and Dean got trapped in a Scooby Doo cartoon, meeting the gang.
ОтветитьPretty much any doctor who episode no consistency although it’s still entertaining I recommend don’t blink as that one is just a plain horror episode the weeping angels are easily the most horrifying modern monsters in it
ОтветитьWhere's the rapture episode of American Dad?
Ответить
