Great tips eye masks and earplugs are also an essential for me. You can also get special in ear earplugs in boots that help to relieve the pressure in small ears while flying to prevent ear pain ✈️

Amazing Rhi, vlogs like this are invaluable they are so helpful for us parents and our little ones to get familiar with what's evicted. ❤

Thanks so much Rhi! Question, do you have a recommendation for airport transfers from south wales to Bristol airport? X

As someone who is on the spectrum and works in this industry. First big one is plan. If funds are good try and take a trip down and stay the night helps with being fresh and all ready for the day. Get thebsubfloeer lanyards in place and assistance booked

Second is get all Your tech charged with emergency packs ready. Try and keep the use down before you get on the plane. Remember to download movies or make sure apps work without wifin

Third is getting your sensory needs prioritised like get thefood you need like if you or your family like one type of food remember to pack snacks in case food issues arise at 35000 ft.

Fourth relax if you can I often see people just play games of people watching like how many pink bags do we see or how many people are wearing x yz

But I will give this warning not all airlines and airports are good for neurodiverse people kids especially. It's up to parents and themselves in adults to plan accordingly. Some airlines and pilots have a zero tolerance of neurodiverse people acting up. I have seen it so many times of planes coming back or families being removed because of in-flight issues. Not saying this happens a lot but it is a normal occurrence.

Check your local airport if they do an autism day for thing for first time flyers I have only seen it pre covid but it can still be offered

Great tips snack and activities are a must!! My daughter was into little Einsteins when she was a toddler traveling so she was tapping her legs with her hands as the plane was taking off was so cute!
