He also harassed teenage girls and offered to pay anyone to Foxx the girls. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that is against the law. It is on the cusp of inciting violence. Also, they have a constitutional right to demonstrate and to pray in public. This is why he needs to be investigated. He is an elected official. Perhaps he is in need of remedial government classes and therapy for being devoid of any self awareness.
