The EV sound is real. It's not synthetic. It the sound of the actual motor in the front. The E-Ray is Chevy's introduction to the next generation of sports car. Industry and federal requirements are pushing all car makers to an EV platform. By the time the C10 is announced, petro powered sports cars will be the minority in production lines. A shift in the wind is coming.

If it was 10k cheaper than the Z06, I believe its a solid choice between the base and Z06. The AWD does appeal to me, I know its very niche, and the electric motor pumping up the power is very cool as well. Only if it was 10k cheaper though. As of now, it looks like an overpriced base Corvette to me.

Two guys with identical clothes, haircuts and hipster beards mock the looks of a presumed buyer. And it only took them 5 minutes to figure out that GM “knows what it’s talking about.”

This seems like a budget Aston, targeting touring. Sounds like their biggest mistake is the seat quality? That seems like an easy enough option to add after the fact though. imo, it's a good idea to have 2 or 3 seat options, from comfort to standard to race.

Never mind the fat that on Carissa’s channel this car SMOKED the competition in a drag race, with the competition being several of the other fastest cars on the road. It smoked them so badly that I forgot what that competition was. Nuff said.

I think GM did fine with the Eray. Looks good, still has American V8 noise, and added performance. I wouldn't make it my only performance car in my garage, but it would be a welcome addition.
