My 10 year old laptop runs this game at a perfect 60fps in 1080p. It is not graphic intensive at all.

It actually is pretty insane that this happened. I'm wondering what is going on at SEGA that's preventing them from doing something like this more frequently.

Just one funny thing about on recompiled you can play this now on android with mostly some snapdragon and adreno phones via winlator

This is by far my favorite video game of all time, i have been playing the ps3 version for years. this was a surprise release and it made me so happy, once i loaded it i beat the entire game in a single seating. this is the perfect way to play unleashed!!

the game said that there's a new update, so I clicked the button that would update the game, but instead of the game updating it self like I expected, it download a separate file, but when I put this file in the same folder that originally put the game it said that that file already exists, so my only option would be to delete the old file and replace it with the new one, but I'm worried this will remove my progress, will it?

if sony god forbid does a god of war 2018 remaster, fans can do god of war 1 2 and 3 recompiled, doing what sony refuses todo

this means a true sonic 06 port could happen anytime now, heck i would even love to see free riders and superstars tennis being ported like imagine those games with online play

The only gripe I have with it is that it has no button mappings. That's it, otherwise the game is perfect.

Hoping the same happens for Sonic Zero Gravity

The only thing that this port lacks is a way to rebind key controls easily, I don't know why they natively they configure the keys in a very weird way, I don't any PC controller to play this 😭

The game is perfectly optimized I can get 200fps at 1080p on my 3060. The only con I can name is no keyboard and mouse buttons being shown in gameplay despite them existing in the port's files and being present in installation process

How do you even control the camera

the important thing is: do you need x360ce to use generic usb controllers or is it loose on the input?

so whats the difference between the compiler vs emulation ? Also how would I get the iso files from a disc version the legal way, do I need a jailbroken 360 ?

I honestly didn't believe recompilations of 360/ps3 era games was gonna be possible for at least another 5-10 years. Now I want someone to do it to the Infamous games. They've been stuck on PS3 for too long.

Spider-man edge of time and unleashed were the main 360 games I always wanted to play on pc but my laptop can't handle emulation especially xenia but the fact that unleashed runs almost perfectly on my low power laptop is amazing all I have to deal with is the long load times and even that doesn't take more than 30 seconds at the longest it's amazing what fan dedication can achieve I am looking forward to what the future holds for this recomp and other future 360 recomps my only problem is the button mapping since I don't usually like using controllers 😅

I only got to play the PS2 version of Unleashed, so I unfortunately don't have a physical 360 disk for this...









...Fortunately, PAL disks of the game still seem to go for pretty cheap atm, so I might still be able to enjoy this after all. 👀

Tbh their fault if the game is 17 years old and still exclusive to consoles. At one point just bring the console exclusives to PC. When the game is so old that it's on xbox 360 the console exclusivity serves no purpose. These people porting games to PC are doing what the company should be doing.

Hedge-Dev has to work with SEGA separate from SEGA from people from SEGA.

They have to work the fans to work with SEGA and other platforms and projects to unify the people and the cultures of the world.

This is not about the games anymore, it is about the cultures of the WORLD. We have to squash ALL beefs.

I don't like the idea of completely turning off the combat music it's like a shard of a mirror missing. Like you said it's a great song but I'm having a hard time thinking of a middle ground option.
