NEW Face Swapping Method in Stable Diffusion (ReActor Extension)

Ive typed the same prompts, negatives and same pictures and im my generated image gives me a random disfigured face and like 9 faces on top of each other. Got any fix?

Why do I NOT have the Reactor exspansion panel when followed the instalation and tried the trouble shooting? I dont get, can someone help:)

Using reactor to generate an image from your image matching the face seems to work to about 85% accuracy. My problem is, when trying to swap a face onto an already generated image, the accuracy is nowhere to be seen. Why is this?

Your face swap tutorial is too simple. What if I wanted to have the woman on the right to have blonde hair? How do I make one woman shorter or taller than the other woman? How do I make both women wear different outfits? If there is no way to set attributes for each woman in this case, than Reactor is $hit. Nothing more than a stupid toy.

The version of reactor i has a place to drop in a single image, and multiple images. Two images are produced, the first image has the face of one image, the second image has the face second image. in other words the person on the right, switches from photo one to photo two.

Now I just don't know what AI image generator to use: 1. Comfy UI or 2. Stable Diffusion? Which is better?

Can the Reactor target image contain the entire scene (e.g. lady wearing a dress in a city) and then Reactor simply swaps the face from the source image to the target scene? i.e. no scene generation required. Is this possible?

do you know how to make the face not so perfect after face swapping? because things like skin textures dont work for the face because the faceswapper only does its part after the image generation

haven't really been successful installing reactor and having it work for me, it always gives me errors after trying to generate an image, iv updated visual studio community, updated the pip p, and even tried installing and restating but no luck, one of the lines in the errors is TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not subscriptable what can i do?

I am using mov2mov with reactor. In the video clip, I have two people but I only want to change the face of the person on the right. I am using a picture with just the face
that I want to use. So would I label it as 0 or 1. Then how would I tell reactor just to use it for the face on the right? What do I put in the target field? Thanks

I'm curious about the "Save Original" option. Like does it mean it will save two files. One before face swap and one after face swap, If so, then where does it get saved? Coz in outputs' folder only final one which is after faceswap is saved there.

Yeah, this extension does NOTHING, even after following this and other tutorials.

Still uses inswapper_128. So actually there's no real improvement towards raw face swap quality. These upscalers have a tendency to lower identity details.

This is so old and this technique is outdated. I am not here to hate but brother this is not the way anymore. people use ipadaptor with faceswap lab and NO I am not affiliated with them. come on guys.

ReActor show up under the "Installed" tab, but there is no drop down. I don't have any other extensions installed

I have been using this for months now, but it suddenly stopped working. I can't use this, facelab or anything else. It just doesn't swap the faces and I get completely random faces. God this sucks.
