ОтветитьI had some Haddock and didn't know what to do with it so searched and found your recipe! I didn't have black salt or fenugreek but it still tasted very good with roti & green chutney!!! I have just finished eating it as a late night feast hahaha. Yummmm!!! Just wanted to ask, would you advise using egg in this recipe at all? Thank you for this!

ОтветитьThe Masala never stick to the Lahore Fish ,it always falls of , the is the main defect in most of these recipes . The only way to make fish crispy , is pat it in on flour to dry it, them make a platter of corn flour salt baking soda and one tea spoon of vinegar in the end, Dip the fish y holing it with two fingers from the edge, shake ie slowly so the excessive plater falls off, Now this is the trick,pat it again on the regular flour ,on both sides and slide it in the frying pan, You find out the meaning of crispy fish.
