If cows thought they were being abused then theyd stop producing milk. They are prey animals. If they arent in a good state of mind, they wont be able to produce milk. Thats why all the horrible ones went out of business. Im sure there are some farms out there that treat their cows horribly, but not the majority.

Lol this whole thing is a lie, cows aren’t only productive 5 years, it’s more like 10-15 , my grandmas oldest cow was 14 and she was still pregnant when she sold it to pay for food, get your facts straight

the saddest thing is that milk is actualy not good for you (mankind) yeah only as a baby and then from your own mother- thats the idea of milk, you can't eat so milk from your mother give your nutricians- not when you can eat and get nutricians from vegetables/fruit etc....and from another spieces, its realy insane, its all created by companies who saw a buisness opertunity and created the Milk fable (pardon for any crappy/wrong grammar/English, but i don't feel the need to correct all with GT for those Milk drinking/Animal abusers)

Goat milk, camel milk, cheese etc has been used by humans since biblical days. Even coconut milk has some very unethical harvesting and often foods that are now eaten by vegans etc have to be mass produced. The third world countries were some of the alternate foods are produced use child labour or pay the staff such low wages they are living in poverty.

No one abuses cows like your saying😂 if cows are stressed they give less milk so why would you abuse them? Cow comfort is always farms first priorities and just like anything else don’t let one bad farm set an example for the rest of them. Also stressed cows = less milk so why would you want to beat them? cow comfort is always first priority on any good dairy. Also also farmers and their families have to drink the same water and eat the same foods you do if they thought chemicals and pesticides would hurt their families do you think they’d use it?😂😂 some of y’all are unreal

gallon of milk a day is big gains. need my protein, best breakfast is pork and eggs, lunch of good smoked cheese with ham, and a nice dinner of spicy chicken (curry/mexican/strange pseudo asian dish) with some lettuce. follow it up with late night snack of whey protein isolate slop, maybe with some fruit (if you're bulking).

I worked on a dairy farm and I can honestly say, the cows are treated with very much respect. If anything my appreciation for cows only increased and yes, there are bad farmers, but don't label dairy farming as "cruel" just for easy clicks on the internet.

Our society has been brainwashed into thinking cows milk is good for us, that it's necessary to grow big and strong. From early childhood it's pounded into our head on TV and in schools. The industry got its claws into our governments and put milk in our schools, exposing kids to the lie at an early age, creating good little consumers for life.

We're brainwashed into seeing dairy farms as these small tiny little mom and pop farms with a few happy cows and green pastures. The reality is much different. It's an industrial hellscape owned by corporations who exploit animals for profit all while hiding behind the mask of the "simple farmer". It's criminal.
