You guys are totally right! The actual printing speed of the M5 will definitely be further limited by acceleration. As I mentioned, the 5X speed advertised is mostly a marketing gimmick but acceleration is another important limiting factor to consider. A misstep on my part!

I hope the Anycubic Kobra 2 MAX will be as good if not better than it's first version. I had the original Kobra Max and it was epic, best big pints i had, returned it due to the announcement of the Kobra 2 MAX and it was still refundable via amazon, waiting for the shipment date and currently impatient as i wait.

I'd think error detection would be simple, and wouldn't require AI. just see what the print will look like from the camera angle, and if filament is seen outside of that area, send a notification

Ryuji: well seems legit... since 3d printing is fairly new or somewhat new and hasn't been fully developed its to be expected that some of the 3d printers will have bugs

Auto caliberation for bed leveling is not good. It is playing with the z height instead of actually leveling the bed. What you get is a crooked print. Best way to go is still to manually level it, then use the auto leveling in subsequent prints to just get the first layer distance correct. Honestly I still prefer the manual path at regular intervals, just use the auto leveling inbetween just to get the first layer distance double checked using auto.
