How To Outline Photos In Photoshop - 3 Easy Ways

Hey, I got a question. What would cause the outline to move into the subject space. I moved all the silhouette to the outside of the subject only. Yet, when I added the outline, it showed up on the cat's face also & I couldn't seem to be able to remove it. It's like a few round speckles, but still. Just wondering. Thanks for this video.

I love what you did here. My first video of yours to watch. What I am actually looking for is how to move that stroke border that is around the entire picture inside the picture more so that it is not actually a frame, but a stroke just inside the outer edge all the way around the photo. Do you know how to do that? If so, is it something you have already addressed in another video? I have been searching for two days to find exactly what I want, and I am not finding it, and I am not an experienced Photoshop user. I know enough to do what you were telling me here, but I can’t create some thing that isn’t already explained. Can you help? Thank you so much for reading and hopefully responding.
