600g Whipping Cream
200g Milk
300g (70% Chocolate or any chosen chocolate of your choice)
120g Dark Muscovado Sugar
95g Yolks (About 6 eggs worth)
Chantilly
Some Double Cream or Heavy Cream
Icing Sugar
Vanilla Bean Paste to taste
Fresh Berries/ Golden or Green Kiwi for Garnish
Mint for Decoration
