Hi my claim balance is far from zero but I see that UE ended last week ... there is no button to certify ... do I reapply? What do I do? Thank you

How long does euc take to pay once your UI balance reaches 0?

My balance is about to hit 0$ but my date expires until November of this year...do I wait after it hits 0$ so I can get an extension or do I have to make a new claim

So if my claim balance went to 0 and I still have a couple months of my year I just wait till the next two weeks to receive a reup on my balance?

HELP!!!! Ok So my EDD message said all my benifits had been paid out to me & I could NOT re apply for unemployment until the year end? Ummm we are on Jan 4th so till when does that mean? I have about $2,600 still so im soo confused😣

What does this statement exactly mean from the EDD site? --> "The extension is available from March 29, 2020, until December 26, 2020." Would this mean that you won't be able to receive the PEUC at all after the Dec 26th 2020 date even though you've exhausted your regular UI benefits soon afterwards while still within your benefit year?

Will the EDD give you the PEUC when you've exhausted your benefits AFTER the PEUC extension expiration (12/26/20) if you're still within your benefit year?

Hello there, I'm receiving regular unemployment benefits and i haven't used any of my extension nor applied for any extension with state or fed , however my remaining balance is due to expire in January .If i get a extension from state or fed will i still qualify for the UE boost if they pass it and will the UE boost be retroactive from the last time i received it sept 6 2020 when they extended it 13 for weeks or will it be retro active starting from the day i extended my benefits ? Thanks you i hope i explained myself well.

Hi shelly!! sooo i just reached zero today. my claim balance was 17,160 from 5/13/20 & 10/26/20 my benefit year is from 4/26/20-2/24/21.
i know i don’t need to re open a new claim but i know i ran out of my regular ui benefits
soooo i certified for my benefits today and it said 630 was my claim balance plus the 300 i’ve been getting for 1 week so i expected 930 or 1230 as sometimes i get paid 300 for both weeks which i think is also weird bc i thought it was 300$ per week if you get approved and to my understanding if you get paid extra 300$ for 1 week (meaning you got approved) then the other week should be expected to get approved for also as i’ve received like i said 1230 some weeks and 930 other weeks (maybe i need to request i get back paid) but back to what i was saying lol i certified for my benefits today as i had 630 left in my claim balance..certified my claim for both weeks and i usually get paid by 12-4pm but have not received anything at all and now my claim balance says 0$ idk what’s going on

My last payment for peuc is Nov 3 my peuc will be exhausted after that date I only get a $100 a week I'm here in wisconsin I know you said this is only for california still great video

What if you get UC thru PUA and hit zero on your claim does it go to Peuc?

my balance is 73$ i claimed , the confirmation page said net pay:73$ gross pay 73$ balance : 0$ will it dip into the extention to cover the 220 i get weekyl or will i only recieve 73 this week.

Thanks Shelly Oregon is not automatically renewing the 13 week PUEC extension. I still have a balance but was denied any further weeks on UI called in they certified for me since it wouldn’t allow me to. What do you now today I receive a letter saying I am not going to receive that week and indication if I’m eligible for the PEUC? Thanks lost my Job in March due to the pandemic🤦‍♀️

okay, i was realy concern and didnt know what to do about my ui balance im down to 750 dollars. im glad to know that there is a 13 weeks extention (peuc) cause our company is not ready to open yet due to pandemic. thank you for your post.

I CALLED EDD. IT DID AUTOMATICALLY HAPPEN. They DO NOT RETRO THE 2ND WEEK PAYMENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO COVER IT ON YOUR BALANCE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE $5 LEFTOVER THATS ALL YOU GET. I ONLY BASICALLY GOT 1 WEEK OF PAY. SO YOU GET SCREWED OUT OF THAT MONEY ON THE 2ND WEEK. THEY JUST START IN ON THE CURRENT CYCLE ON THE NEXT CERTIFICATION. SO THE LWA PAYMENT JUST REPLACED WHAT I DID NOT GET. UGH!

On the regular ui benefit...THEY ONLY PAID ME $450 FOR 1 WEEK. THE CLAIM IS GOOD UNTIL MARCH 2021. I HAD JUST UNDER $500 ON THE CLAIM LEFT. I CERTIFIED NORMALLY AS I WOULD. WHEN THE PAYMENT HIT. THEY PAID ME $31.00 ON THE 2ND WEEK. SO IT SOUNDS LIKE I AM SCREWED OUT OF $419 UNLESS THEY ARE GONNA RETRO IT ON THE NEXT CERTIFICATION. I DON'T LIKE IT BECAUSE NOW I AM SHORT MONEY. I have penalties for my regular UI for all the weeks. I was told EDD filed for a PEUC. My claim ended July 25 2020. Do I serve penalties before PEUC can begin which should be oct. 2020 right?

I just had a quick question, I just got on (EUC) extension, I just received a letter in the mail yesterday, it said there are additional eligibility requirements-
1) Register for work by completing or updating a resume on the EDD workforce Service assistant website (Caljobs) before your scheduled reemployment eligibility assessment appointment.

2) continue to look for work each week

3) contact three employers each week

Do I need to go on that cal jobs website? And upload my resume?

Thank you this was so helpful. I just received the very last of my claim today. I usually get $744 for a 2 week period and I only received $276. 😑 Then I got a notification saying, that I have to wait until my benefit year has ended to open another claim ( 3/2021) I was scrambling around all day today applying for all these jobs that are all part time jobs. 🤦 Food service isn't really an essential job right now, at least I have hope that I will get an extension of some kind. 🤞🤞🤞🤞
