People definitely need to be more tax-savy. Especially people that have a business. Great video.

Don't know if you already have done a video mentioning this, but, what can be offset when you purchase a buy-to-let property via a ltd company?

i dont see the point since they tax your pension anyway so you can't even take out your own pension money tax free.

Excellent, very clear and concise, especially for the UK. Would love to hear about setting up offshore accounts, property tax, stamp duty and absolutely on energy efficient cars. Wishing that I knew this stuff before I purchased my EV car. Looking forward to seeing more of your content. Thanks Nischa.

Reducing your tax liability is a smart financial move. It's all about strategic investments and leveraging tax-saving opportunities. I've seen significant benefits by diversifying my portfolio and taking advantage of tax-efficient investment vehicles. It's not about avoiding taxes, but rather optimizing them to maximize your wealth. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made

I had to draw a graph once to try and explain to someone why they should not turn down a pay increase they were offered because he too was of the belief that being paid a higher salary would result in a lower salary after tax. It seems to be a common belief.

Bemuses me that people need to be told they don’t pay a flat rate of tax on 100% of their income. And people genuinely turn down pay rises because of it 🤦‍♂️ we really need to teach people better in schools

best to just call it Pay Role Deductions rather than Tax as the amount of deductions made is far hire than thought labelled as taxes.

maybe it's tax free when you put the money to your pension, but when you draw your pension you will get taxed anyway so what difference does it make? :)

As far as putting part of your salary into a pension, is it not the case that you get taxed anyway when you access that pension ?
