Went through some shit in 2009 and realized Zyzz was an inspiration. 2010-2013 I got absolutely ripped out of my fucking mind, achieved several huge life goals. 2024, still lifting, still miring, still hitting goals, will never stop. Thank you Zyzz.

I can’t think Zyzz enough for making a difference in my life,I was overweight from the ages of 12-19 not morbidly obese but just enough that I was extremely insecure and unhappy with my self,lately I have started lifting and jogging to lose weight and gain a bit of muscle and I haven’t been this happy with myself in years thank you Zyzz and rest in peace you legend ❤

I think I lost that dream trying to impress girls, but now I'm 26 and I just want to prove to myself that I look even better and am 10xs stronger than my younger self. Rip zyzz.
