ОтветитьLove these 10 min no weights workouts. I made a 30 min playlist that includes 10 min each of legs, arms then abs. Have been doing it a few times per week and love them. Going to shoot for 3x going forward.
ОтветитьGreat workout, just don’t like the pauses for ads when I’m really into the moves… also I feel like when you count 3,2,1 you can count the repeats, not the seconds left, it’s a lot more motivating to finish

ОтветитьI did this workout a long time ago, so I decided to do it again. 💪🏾 Great total body, arms, legs, abs and bit of cardio + strength mixed in- perfect for a 30 minute workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! Taylor's awesome instructor! I love how she uses the usual HIIT breaks for active recovery abs! Really appreciate it! Thanks, Taylor and Popsugar 🤗🖤

ОтветитьThank you for the great workout that was perfect while traveling. I brought my wrist weights and some bands to add a little extra push. The only recommendation is the amount of ads slows ya down- not against ads, but would be nice if they were grouped together in between rounds or halfway through.

ОтветитьToday is my second fasting day of the week on 5:2 intermittent fasting, and I was feeling fatigued this afternoon, just wanting to lie down somewhere. I just finished this workout, and this was of just perfect intensity to break sweat and get me up and going again!
