The Backside of Stafford Town

A short ride on the iron around the backside of Stafford town. There's a piece of wall from the original town walls, I think it's from the East Gate for the town along North Walls road.

I try and capture some video footage of the new £70 million shopping developments in town that are currently under construction. I think they are claiming that they will create 900 jobs in total, rather than the 300 I mention in the video. I'd only skim-read the newspaper article when I commented here, so when I read the whole thing they were claiming an additional 600 jobs in the new shops.

I'm sort of baffled as to how some cars are able to access some areas of town nowadays as its changed so much in terms of access with pedestrianisation. Anyway, you get a look at some areas of the town I couldn't find a way into the other day from by the old post office building - which is now a restaurant, I think.
