20.000 liters? Are you sure? The diameter is at least 2 metres. The area is therefore 2 times pi, which is about 6 square metres. Lets take the half for the real area because of the construction. The flow velocity is 50 metres per second. Accordingly, not 20 cubic metres but 150 cubic metres per second (3x50), i.e. 150 000 litres, flow through the pipe! At least 7 times more!
