Ответитьthe only one i would say is dont move anything other than your forearm. keep your elbow totally still and follow through at your target, easier said than done but you may notice your aim is a lot straighter

got the TV set up love it. But.
I have to battle a
tense bicep one out of every 6 throws.
A wrist turn every 4-5 throws. a glitch from my Ten pin bowling days.
and brushing my check and classes every 3-4 throws.
sometime all 3 creep out in one set throw.
more practice..
much better with grouping though.
finished a training round with 40 points. Very happy with that.
What about the weight of the darts ..??
ОтветитьOnly missed the board 3 time in 100 shots, 2 tripple 20s, 😮. Haven't thrown a dart in 5 years, and never "played".
Guess 2 years back into archery has the eyes close, what is a good weight, and does the weight of flights matter, coming from a trad Archer 🏹🏹, arrows are most important.

ОтветитьA very good training that increased a lot the repetitiveness of my movement was throwing the First dart to my chosen target (for example 20) and ,even if It miss the target,my second and third darts will be aiming the first dart (physically hitting the dart) and reproducing the same movement of the first throw. It will cut off your expectation on the scoring result and will give you muscle memory wich Is pretty important tò reduce the spread of each dart
ОтветитьA good tip on what not to do is always chop and change your equipment when it goes wrong,you should be able to get a good set of darts relatively cheaply that you're comfortable with practice with them and play competitively with them.
