After shoulder surgery this one sucks a$$. But completed with a little bit of changes.
Maybe one day I can do a burpee like I used to (normal).

ОтветитьI’m excited and mad all at the same time lol. I went through a range of emotions during this work out. I went from being mad (not really lol) when I realized that his entire video was gonna be Burpee‘s to excited and ready to take on the challenge. This man has completely changed my outlook on working out and going hard. What have you done to me @BullyJuice lol 😂

ОтветитьLove this workout, thank you Bullyjuice! I found it a little hard on my wrists, but I'm gonna try folding up my workout mat or going on knuckles instead next time 💪Still, there was great variety and I'm drenched in sweat so this worked perfectly, thanks again!
ОтветитьFirst off, thanks so much for all your videos. I've been doing your workouts for a year with my wife and I'm down 50lbs. With that being said, I've never been so mad 😬 at u until this damn burpee fest. Didn't quite make it all the way through, but I did as much as I could. Heck of a creative and exhausting workout. Thanks again.
ОтветитьThese workouts aren't for everybody, not even the faint of heart! But I didn't quit, & it made me better. A tip for everybody out there, use this course outside for obviously more space.
ОтветитьDay 2 🥳🎈🥳🥳😊 of my exercise in the summer body workout plan. Been working with my virtual trainer for a couple years now off and on, had some backsliding but I'm back to take back what's mines "PROGRESS" "RESULTS". nobody quit nobody give up ..we all in this together!
