ОтветитьFirst time I worked out with Cassey was in 2012 now it’s been 10 years… with respect to all instructors but, I just can’t do five minutes of any literally any workout if it isn’t Cassey’s… everywhere I go I do her workout so everyone one around me around the world knows her.. I got married and even my husbands family started working doing her workout as well… her voice is her magic it’s the real energy that keeps us motivated to finish the workout… ♥️♥️♥️

For those who can't do the prisoners like me (by can't I mean only my shoulder and my pelvis/joint hurts cause I'm not flexible) just lie on your side support your neck with arm and do it like that, it's common pilates move, and at least I feel it in my leg/butt that way

ОтветитьFor anyone with hip issues do not feel badly for taking breaks in this video. It does not make you any less for caring for your body. You are a rock star for finishing the leg circle, pulses, bicycle combo.
