I know why everyone thinks the guide is evil, or at least malicious, but I don’t get why people call him useless. He helps you find the Wall of Flesh, and he even helps you to summon it (wink wink).

I acually dont ignore the guide, whenever i get a new item or forget how to craft a potion i ask him what i can do with it
