ОтветитьI am a fairly fit woman who jogs three times a week and does Lucy's videos on a regular basis. BUT this was HARD and two days later I was still sore. So next time I do the video I will do just two reps instead of three and see how that goes :)
ОтветитьOh dear I felt so confident after training for some time with your walking workouts and 7 min challenges but this is a whole different league 😓. I would love it if there were some indication of the level of the workouts like a little symbol in the title or something, as there is nothing so dissappointing as starting a workout and having to decide its too much. 😉
