The absolute worst support. The are untrained nasty agents. Chat takes 10 minutes in between answers and if you as the name of the agent, they will disconnect the call. There is no oversite on those idiots. Same goes for phone support. The make wait for an hour and then they make believe they can't here you and hag up.. Nasty people on every end.

Bluehost is best

Should I purchase my domain name form cheapnames or just use the free domain through the Hostinger package? What is everyone else doing?

BLUEHOST HAVE NOT BACKED UP THEIR PROMISES. THEY ARE ALSO RECOMMENDED BY A GUY CALLED SCOTT CHOW WHO PROMOTES HIMSELF AS AN EXPERT AT BLOG SETUPS. BLUEHOST HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT PROVDED WHAT THEY PROMISED, HOWEVER, THEY CONTINUE TO HARASS ME WITH EMAILS SELLING MORE ADD ONS AND THE EMAILS ARE ALL FROM A NO-REPLY EMAIL ADDRESS. FIND A BETTER PROVIDER

I switched to bluehost from hostinger. Hostingers customer service is terrible. No help what so ever. Their hosting side got messed up and 10 days.. No action

Is there any limitations to media files, primarily images? I'm a sports photographer looking a a basic hosting ftp that will allow simple fast uploads of images to the media room for access to post during games. My file sizes are roughly 30-50MB per image and some games could easily go over 40-50 gigs. (I won't need to keep all images on the site daily though) If not hosting, which would be the best hosting ftp for media?
