A simple little vlog

It is called intrusive thoughts. That creates the anxiety and with OCD aka repeating the thoughts, it doesn’t help. I’ve been dealing with that myself. I started therapy a few months ago. It can help. She recommended a book. Trust me, it’s normal to have these issues. Lots of people struggle with this. Gotta celebrate the good days!

When im anxious i listen to Open Arms from Epic the musical.
It really helps to jst relax and greet the world with open arms❤

Does anybody know what happened to him? I’m not trying to assume anything, But I’m kind of worried because he hasn’t made content in a while.
