ОтветитьIt takes time for blood pressure to go down when you get anxiety or panic. But the first thing that happens before the blood pressure goes down is emotional and mental clarity. Thats what breathing exercises do. Then in few minutes the blood pressure goes down with it. The mind gets balanced first then the blood pressure follows. It may take 20 or 40 minutes. Or 5 minutes fir the blood pressure to follow sometimes but it will follow and go down. Then mind and body is balanced. But sometimes the breathing exercises help anxiety and blood pressure very quickly fir some. So its different but sometimes it takes time.

Food is the building material to this body as like a fuel to engine.unfortunately nowadays it's all messed up nd we're not eating what our body tells rather than what an advertisment board says, NEWS PAPER SAYS ND SOCIAL MEDIA SAYS. SO don't become a product of the product, it's better to become a product of the nature.
If it's natural eat well & drink well.
AVOID CRAP MEANS
C = Carbonated drinks
R = Refined sugar
A = Artificial food
P = processed food and packaged food as well as bakery items.
Why my inhealing is very difficult to me . One year ago I was doing yoga that times my breath had normal but now it's too complicated to me take air through my nostrils

I have fought to free myself from the toxic medical system I found myself enslaved in from health issues and these precious videos are a lifeline for me. My physical and mental health have greatly improved since practicing the techniques in your videos. I wish i could hug all of you.

Pranayama is of two types
Sagarbha - This involves mentally chanting a mantra when doing Pranayama
Agarbha - This involves chanting without any mantra
Sagarbha is considered much more powerful than agarbha
