ОтветитьHallo ihr Beiden, ich komme aus Deutschland und verfolge Eure Videos nun schon seit einigen Jahren. Vielen Dank für die vielen schönen Momente, die ihr mir und meinem Mann beschert habt. Ihr seid ein wunderbares Paar und es macht uns sehr viel Freude Euch zuzuschauen. Ich habe mir gerade Euer Spätzlesrezept angeschaut und musste dabei schmunzeln. In Deutschland werden Spätzle niemals mit Kartoffeln hergestellt, immer nur mit Eiern, Mehl und Salz. In den meisten Fällen kommt nicht einmal Wasser mit hinein. Hier ein Rezept von mir für 2 Personen: 250 Gramm Weizen-oder Dinkelmehl, 3-4 Eier je nach Größe und Salz. Das Mehl mit dem Salz mischen und dann die Eier hinzugeben. Es werden immer so viele Eier hinzugegeben, bis der Teig zähfließend vom Löffel fällt und er muss so lange geschlagen werden,bis er Blasen wirft. Danach in die Spätzlepresse geben und ca. 2 Minuten ziehen lassen. Vielleicht probiert ihr das einmal aus. Guten Appetit und liebe Grüße aus dem schönen Deutschland (Bayern).
