I'm 40 years old and have been following John past couple months. Man it really has helped me a lot. So he's still teaching even not being here anymore. That says a lot about him.

wow. at the beginning of this video i didnt realize it was a tribute...i literally became a fan as i watched this, what an outstanding man of character and work ethic and what a powerfully positive example he set for his children and for all of us to reflect ourselves off of. when i saw the "1972-2021" it stung pretty bad, although i just learned who he is and feel so proud of him as an example for us....breaks my heart to hear we lost him only at age 49. can anyone tell me what the cause of death was?? (was it linked or correlated to training or "supplements"?) REST IN PEACE JOHN MEADOWS...we are still learning from you and feel inspired by your legacy!

the passing of a legend, a real life hero to this generation of people who truly love bodybuilding. I love his story of seeing a a magazine at a young age and falling in love with the sport. or his sorry of training back in the day when people would do a bodybuilding show and weightlifting competition in the same day! we lost a good one and John Meadows should never be forgotten
