Update: my back is straight now! Yaay! Tho I should mention I've been doing this for a month now. And I also follow another video for straight back. Will post update weekly from now on. If you see no update then remind me to do so!

My back is as straight as her's! So I will not continue following this video anymore. But you must know, I followed this video for about a month and a week, plus I followed two more videos from another channel. I only posted updates of my last week here because I forgot to put them since the time I started following this video. Following multiple videos did help me get a good result.
I will continue this exercise. Because I fear if I let this habit go, I will be back to square one. But I will not follow this particular video. It sure is relaxing, but the other video I follow is more effective. So that is the end of my update journey. Thanks to whomever read this far!
