Ingredients

chicken 1 kg
curd. 1 cup
ginger garlic paste. 2tbsp
green chili paste 1tbspn
papita ka paste. 1 TSP
Dhaniya powder. 2 tbsp
zeera powder. 1 TSP
garam masala powder. 1tsp
white gol mirch powder. 1/2 TSP
black gol mirch powder. 1/4 TSP
cornflour. 2tbspn
salt to taste
oil for greasing
Amul fresh cream. 1/2 bottle

coal for smoke
