I am late to this party, I was born in 2005. Got my first 360 in 2009. It was my best friend for years. I played all the halo games. I mean ALL of them, yeah, even those Arcade Shooters you'd randomly find. This is my childhood. I remember hearing the 360 start-up noise the first time. I remember the first time me and my cousin played HALO 3. I remember every countdown in forge, every wacky moment with the spinning walls. But to be completely honest. I never played HALO CE in its original state. It was the third HALO I ever played. 3 being my first, 2 being my second, and CE being my third. I remember all the crazy grunt one-liners, the arbiter in his glory, the Chief finishing the fight. I cried when I heard this music play when I booted up Infinite. It brought me back to that first moment with my cousin. Not many else in my generation know HALO in its glory days, slugging it out in SWAT, SLAYER, INFECTED, KOTH, and other modes on Xbox Live. Some of you may have even ran into me. I probably was that squeaker you hated. Reading all of this back makes me look like I am regretting all the times I played this beloved series. But no, I dont regret a thing.

gameplay aside, this is definitely the best Halo theme ever for me.

This just makes me sad now. People had so much hope for Infinite to be a return to good Halo only to get duped yet again.

First I played this game when I had my first computer, 12 years ago, when I was around 12-13, till today I haven't found any better game with emotions. I love Halo

I never grew up with a SNES but I'm glad that I had three older brothers who introduced me into Halo CE when I was four. It was perfect at that time too because it was only four of us and we played the hell out of Halo CE and Halo 2. Finally the golden days of 360 with Halo 3, Halo Reach, and finally 4. I had great memories with the four player co-op. My only wish is that for 343 to please bring it back because I miss the good old days playing Halo with my families and friends. I just want to bring my brothers back again just like the good old times.

Halo is one of my favorite fictional universes of all time and I have played every single game more than most others. I have not even started up infinite because I knew it would be just like every other new game. Bland

Today I'm 18 years old, I know there are many people here who have played Halo since its release, but I also played Halo evolved Combat when I was just 4 to 5 years old. On this incredible journey with my brother, I managed to create new and unique memories. I remember playing from the first map to the last with him during the early hours of the morning, I know I had golden moments. Just like everyone else, nowadays I constantly feel that feeling of nostalgia, that I would never again be as happy as I was back then.
I'll be honest, I was never able to play the other Halo games, because I was afraid of losing those memories with this brother that I no longer have a good relationship with, and since I lost this incredible person,so I was afraid of losing the memories he left me together with Halo. I'll never know what it's like to play until the last Halo, but I can say that I'm unhappy to see that I'm getting older and everything is the same with me. Games, people, memories....
