What Ukraine doesn't know that, after 1994 they still didn't return back the decreeted land under USSR when it broke out in 1991. Ukraine should undestand that the land was been lend by the decree in the 1960's by Krushcheve. Not given lend to make it fertile to be used for farming and not to become an entrepôt of western Biological Bombs.
