16 year old can't get a contractor license or building permits. It takes years before you can even take a test and get a license. Someone is running this company and it ain't that kid.

Buyer beware! This kid promises dates and workmanship that he can't/won't keep. He gets his deposit to "hold the date", does minimal work, and then leaves the job to sit. On 5/10/22, we were promised a finished 22' x 24' deck by the end of May. After the initial deposit of $10K, Caden was promptly at our home to tear down the existing deck. Once that was done, we heard nothing from him for weeks, nor would he answer phone calls, texts or emails. He finally showed up on 6/10/22 to put in the footings and do some horrible framing. Per the contract, once work starts, 50% is due. So we stupidly wrote him another check for $20K, hoping that he would actually finish the project. Then again, we couldn't get ahold of him for another 3 weeks. It is now 7/18/22 and we have no deck. We met with an attorney last Friday and crafted a termination email to Fritz Construction, requesting reimbursement per Settlement Rule 408. He has until Friday to get us our money back or we move to litigation. We now have to pay another contractor to fix his rookie work (that would never pass City inspection) and start all over. And the summer is almost over. BTW, Caden never submitted a plan or a permit application to the City of Plymouth, even though he lied to our faces about it numerous times. We have every text, email and phone call documented. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this kid. He knows how to play the game and we were stupid enough to join him.

He’s a fraud. He has been ripping people off around the metro all summer. Doesn’t pull a permit. Doesn’t build to code. I have the documentation to back it up. Hopefully the state shuts him down!
