An inmate out of his cell and on the tier whilst openly using a phone to record the situation doesn’t exactly signify anything even remotely resembling any maximum security prison I’ve ever served in. It reminds me of my juvenile detention days.

The same kind of thing happened to me when I went to prison 23 years ago. I have PTSD from the constant fear and bullying that other inmates. I'm still affected by it today. I was only in prison for 1 month and i had a nervous breakdown before i was released.

Whoever is behind the door is on OP, or own protection, meaning they are most likely a VP, or "vulnerable prisoner," which means they are a paedo. This situation where a nonce is being housed with the general population happens all the time due to the overcrowding in prisons. The fact that the person behind the door is a VP is eluded to in the video itself if you listen to what they say, so it is not an innocent man being bullied; he is a paedophile or did something equally vile requiring him to be on OP. I am not saying that it is right to take the law into your own hands, but when you view the situation in its proper context, it starts to make more sense.
