1jz vs 2jz sound

I like 1jz sound, 2jz if only boost up

I prefer 1.486jz

1jz has a bit higher pitched sound whereas the 2jz sounds deeper

Am a JZ family fan.. but truth to be told the Rb's in general are the most agrusive sound of them all.

thats basically my goal, 500whp low boost pump gas, and close to 700whp high boost race gas

crazy how these motors can hold so much power. my wrx block can only hold 300whp safely and an STi block can only hold like 380 to 400whp. how much could a stock 2jzgte block hold?

if you rebuild it right the 7m motor isent bad, but you are right1jz and 2jz are way better.

All I know is the 7MGTE is a inferior engine! They are prone to head gasket failure and block failure because the pistons are so close together that the block has a MUCH more thin wall than a 1JZ or 2JZ.

I made 508rwhp at 18psi on my 1jz with bolt ons. I also made 722rwhp at 30psi. look at my feeds, Other friends take videos of my car and post them.
