In this video I am welding a steel roof insert in a 1932 Chevy coupe. This video outlines the procedure of how I go about tackling a job like this. The process can be applied to any make of 1920s or 1930s coupes and sedans that originally had an open fabric roof. As with anything there are many different methods of filling the roof, this is just the way I do it, it works well for me, doesn't require any specialty tools beyond what the average hobbyist already owns, and needs minimal bodywork when completed. Thanks for watching.
