Favorite baseball memory is hitting a homerun on the first pitch I saw hitting from the left side, then following it up with another homerun on the right side.

My favorite baseball memory would be pretty much everytime my grandpa would go watch me play. He was always the loudest one in the stands and even when I had errors he’ll still clap. The man was 85 years old and would get into arguments with opposing teams dad’s 🤣 Best part was that after every game he would take me fishing and all we would talk about was the baseball game.

My favorite baseball memory was the first time I ever threw 90 mph. It was just two years ago and I was a redshirt at my juco. I had just caught three other velo pens for my other teammates. After catching them I hopped up on the mound and started throwing. I remember my first throw was 87, then I just climbed from there. After some teammate encouragement I popped my first 90! It’s a moment I’ll never forget and I still have the ball! Love the channel Josh.

My favorite memory is pitching three scoreless Innings against the german national team, because their coach wanted to play against my team and didn't know me, so my coach thought it would be cool to show them who I am and what I got. They ended up looking old one me and I think the coach was pissed 😂. Huge fan btw.

Favorite baseball moment was when Keston just got called up and tied it up vs the Cubs. Then walked it off with a line drive hr to right in extra innings off Kimbrel. July 27, 2019. I was at that game and it's the loudest I've ever cheered in my life lol.

There are a few different memories that I hold close to my heart, and makes it hard to have a favorite…. So here are a couple that I will never forget…

One of the first games I ever attended, was in the old Busch stadium (Busch II). It was one of Ozzie Smith’s last games, but I can still remember that back flip. Watching that as a young boy, was a core memory.

Watching Big MAC chase the home run record. There was a game we were at, sitting in Big Mac land, hoping to see him inch closer to that record. And I wish I could remember how close he was, but he was tossed in the first inning. Why that game has stuck with me, it had to be the fact we had hoped to see history, but life had other plans.

My uncle, which was about 10 years old than I, and was more of a brother than an uncle, was a die hard baseball fan. He ate, slept, and dreamed everything baseball. He was born with a heart defect and only loved to be 32 years old, and playing sports was something he physically couldn’t do. He passed on a Friday from a stroke in STL, we had bought tickets about a month before to take him to a game, and he missed it. We were able to still attend a game, but with an open seat. I have a photo in my office of his personalized jersey draped across that empty chair. It’s a good reminder for me daily.

Shortly after my wife and I got married. We found our way to a game, but was able to get invited to do a tour of Busch and walk out on the field, dug outs, and around the clubhouse. It was a cool experience.. Something that I’m glad I got to do with her.

Another core memory, as a father, was this last season. Getting to know you and a few other guys, has been great (truthfully a dream my uncle would have loved), however it was taking my kids to a game to watch the Cards and the Padres play. I simply wanted to just introduce my son to you, and you made his world by simply tossing him a ball up. For that JH, thank you. It was simply worth every dollar spent, to see him light up, and even today still talk about it. Now he thinks every game we go to that his dad knows a player and he will get a ball. 😂

Hey Josh, you are always going to be one of my favorite pitchers in the league.your dedication and skill was always shown every game in Milwaukee. It was bittersweet when you left. My favorite baseball memory is when my brothers team was in the playoffs for the rec league. We ended up getting a player last second that would help lead us to victory. I remember it cause I was working the scoreboard that game.

My favorite baseball memory is from last year. I had the privilege of being a coach on my sons t-ball team. They were 5 and 6 at the time and they had so much fun playing together. My 5 year old hit a line drive to right field that scored his big brother for the win. My oldest son isn't really interested in playing baseball anymore so it could be the only time they play on the same team. So it was really special to me. Keep up the great content and keep grinding on the mound. I have you on my fantasy so keep those saves coming!

So many memories of going to games and seeing memorable moments it’s hard to narrow it down to one. That being said one of the best moments at a baseball game I had was when I was able to get my niece her first baseball that was used in play and thrown into the stands. She still has that ball almost 10 years later. Thanks for the chance Josh.

My favorite baseball memory happened on my last deployment, while my unit was in sunny Kuwait for training. We created balls by ripping up some old t-shirt balling them up and wrapping duck tape all around. We used an axe handle as a bat, which made for a somewhat awkward bat. Our field was nothing but a dirt and sand parking lot type area but we made it work. Nothing better than taking spending some downtime with my Marines and play the game we all love.

My favorite memory isn’t really a singular moment. I just remember when it was 10u baseball and I sucked at hitting and it was bad and I mean bad. Did not get a single hit pretty much all year for this one team, like I was just god awful. And I almost quit the sport entirely. My dad put aside time for me and him and we’d go to cages and stuff to fix my swing, and it worked. So my favorite memory would have to be that point in my life

Favorite baseball memory: been a huge fan of Christian Yelich since he was a prospect, then he got traded to the Brewers, so I try to see him play in Philly whenever I can.
His first year in Milwaukee I saw them play in Philly and that day I got his autograph which already made my day. Then after the game I waited by the bus to see if I could get anyone else.
Many walked players walked on the bus without paying much attention. You also did initially, then you emerged from the bus about 2 minutes later apologizing for missing us then proceeded to sign everything for everyone there. I thought it was awesome that you were that down to earth and nice to the fans, considering I also saw you sign autographs inside the stadium all day.
Safe to say you now get the same treatment as Yeli and I try to see you whenever you come into Philly. Thanks for treating the fans right

I don’t remember who won the game because your interaction with my grandson overshadowed everything else. My grandson and I have been fans of yours since your AAA days in Colorado Springs.

my favorite baseball memory was watching the final out of the 2017 world series with my dad, we're both lifelong Astros fans and to be able to share that memory with him is something I will always remember. As soon as Altuve threw it to Yuli my dad picked me up and we both couldn't have been happier.

Playing memory is 2010 second round playoff game we moved to three different fields because of weather and ended up having to play at the other teams home field. A different pitcher started the game and gave up a double, homer, and another double. I was brought in and pitched 7 scoreless and we ended up walking it off and moving on.

When I was in my slump. I got moved down to 9 in the lineup and was really struggling to play good. I ended up hitting a homerun and it changed my whole baseball career. I am now a starter on my high school team and I bat leadoff and it is all because of that homerun that boosted my confidence and made me the player I am today.

My favorite baseball memory was the 98 pitches I threw way back when I was a 12-year-old kid, that's during our little league elimination as a starting pitcher and made it through the last inning. That's a lot of pitches, but for me at least, it was an achievement. Fast forward, I threw exactly 3 pitches, almost immaculate, to each batter during the last inning of that little league championship, and guess what, we won at a score 6-5! And now, 7 years have passed, I'm a college freshman. I still consistently train with our college baseball team and I hope to be a varsity player soon. I'm also a lefty pitcher, Josh. ❤ ⚾
