What do the Turks Eat for Lunch? Eating at a TRADITIONAL PILAVCISI in Istanbul Turkey

Istanbul is a hard working city and those workers get hungry on the job. When the sun rises to noon, the Turks flood the Pilavcisi, the rice shop and order traditional Corbas (soups) and main dishes from their local vendor. In this episode, I'll try Mercimek, a lentil soup, Mousakka, an eggplant and beef stew along with Sutlac, a delightful rice pudding, for dessert. Come along this adventure in Istanbul, Turkey.
