What wrappers do you use? The only ones I can find, have to be soaked in water first, and are pretty thin. Kind of a pain to work with.

Looks great but may I suggest not cooking the veggies till they're soft as shown since you're going to cook it again. Heat will destroy the nutrients of the veggies.
