Hi,
I did RPL in Cert IV in kitchen management.Also,I have 4 years of onshore ( part time) and 1 year of offshore work experience. Am I eligible for skill assessment?
If yes, what are the documents do I have to provide for my offshore experience
Lets say, if i m invited from home affairs, do I have to claim my points from my offshore experience or just from my onshore experience?
Lastly, if I m claiming points , is that based on my cert IV of kitchen management or my another bachelor degree?

I meet all the requirements you've state but my question is the following: I have 5 years experience overseas + 1 years in Australia.. Do I currently need to be working as a chef to be able to do the skill assessment or not mandatory? thanks a mil for your reply.

What if the person is working as a cook and not as a chef? Does the year of payslips still work?

Can you confirm if we can leave the job after successful skill assessment ?

I know we have to work 1 year on contract if get 190 invite but can we leave the job after skills assessment to until I get invite ?

I will join after the invite ( do they ask for payslips again to confirm if I worked or not after successful assessment.
