ОтветитьReally like this new video, but, then again, I've liked all your videos, Mike. Thank you so very much for having these exercise videos expressly for us seniors. Trust me, I no longer run or jump, so can't keep up with many of the exercise personalities online. You are the best!

ОтветитьHi Mike, I have a question. When you say to stay consistant, do you mean keep exercising using the same video or just keep exercising?

ОтветитьThanks Mike,there were exercises that I do but also new ways of using my bands. I’ve used my band for a couple of years and it’s a bit worn out. Will have to order a new one. I liked this one showing ways you can use weights and bands. X
