So does that red light already change skin tone?

What is your opinion on sun beds? Can they be used safely if you don't live in a sunny climate? Also: would red light therapy before and after tanning be optimal? An example day: red light in the morning, before tanning, after tanning and in the evening before bed? And do you have any experience with melanotan? Specifically MT1 (afamelanotide)?

So what time of day do you recommend tanning? And for how long?

I heard cutting out certain foods can reduce peoples chances of burning, mainly seed oils. Might be placebo but I haven't been burning as much after removing them from my diet

I used the morning sunrise and the evening sunset to heal my vision. Noone believes me but if they watched your clip, they might. It's THIS what you're saying that healed my eyes. A disciplined process to it though. Thank you for all the education.

A tanned person might look healthier than someone with a pale skin, as the latter could spend their entire day inside due to some disease. However, this is just a correlation: tanning is not the thing that makes one healthier.

In fact, tanning is a stress response by the skin after skin damage (“7 Common Tanning and Sun Exposure Myths, Busted”, Healthline).
