ОтветитьI heard cutting out certain foods can reduce peoples chances of burning, mainly seed oils. Might be placebo but I haven't been burning as much after removing them from my diet

ОтветитьI used the morning sunrise and the evening sunset to heal my vision. Noone believes me but if they watched your clip, they might. It's THIS what you're saying that healed my eyes. A disciplined process to it though. Thank you for all the education.
ОтветитьA tanned person might look healthier than someone with a pale skin, as the latter could spend their entire day inside due to some disease. However, this is just a correlation: tanning is not the thing that makes one healthier.
In fact, tanning is a stress response by the skin after skin damage (“7 Common Tanning and Sun Exposure Myths, Busted”, Healthline).
