ОтветитьI don't know how I mi!ssed this workout Jules but it seems I did, It was amazing! I'm plenty sweaty and my heart was pounding - in such a good way. Lots of work for my somewhat sore lower body and it helped a lot! Thank you!

ОтветитьI really like your workouts!! I’m 68 and find they’re easy enough to keep up with. I was over a year w/o regular exercise and was able to jump right back in. I really DO feel better. Thank you!

ОтветитьThe first 7 intervals are easier now, then second 7 intervals are not too much of a slog, the last 4 intervals are still kinda grunt-work, but I make all 18 intervals now. And you, you're such a comedienne, with that comment about "if you don't need the 45-second slow down, continue with the 15 second intervals"...yeah, that makes me laugh...both times!

ОтветитьNice beat easy to follow with the clock but too many intervals walking in one place for me I felt I needed to move around as I was getting tight in my legs and back

But I’ve been getting stronger doing your 5 week weight training videos, with the last week on repeat, for the last 5 months.
