First of all a huge thanks for that workout!!! I have been doing it for the last couple months and I am improving every single time :)))
I do not go to the gym but I have bought an elastic band in order to gain muscles back after a knee injury, could u do a video about leg workout with elastic band 😊 I would appreciate that!
